We are seeking a medical leader to drive clinical governance, provide high-level leadership and oversight, and implement policies to ensure safe and effective healthcare services.
- Drive strategic planning and direction for clinical services to meet the needs of our community.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to mitigate risk and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide expert medical advice and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Eligibility for full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner without restriction.
- A strong understanding of Aboriginal Community Control principles and values.
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role, with a track record of driving positive change.
