We are seeking an exceptional Medical Director to lead our clinical team and drive high-quality medical care across our Richmond campus. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and guidance on clinical governance, compliance, and workforce strategy.
About the Role- Provide expert clinical leadership and advice to ensure delivery of high-quality medical care.
- Oversee and support visiting medical officers, employed doctors, and doctors in training.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, quality, and experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop business plans, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and compassionate care within the organization.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Requirements- Degree-qualified specialist doctor or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in clinical governance, leadership, and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
