This position provides guidance, supervision and leadership to community mental health services, suicide prevention outreach teams and other related services.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Director of Mental Health Services and Operations Manager to plan, implement and monitor services that support recovery-focused care for adults with complex needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and coordination, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these efforts.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
