Clinical Practice Lead Role


The role of Clinical Practice Lead is a key position in our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical support and ensure the delivery of safe and efficient services aligned with best practice guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide clinical support to multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services
  • Develop recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for consumers
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and external stakeholders to develop services that meet the needs of the community

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Current full registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, occupational therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a mental health social worker
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in mental health service delivery
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals
  • Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
