A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Specialist to join Australian Red Cross as an expert in payroll processes and the use of HR information systems.

This position is part of a core HR information systems project team to support the implementation of the Payroll module for employees at Australian Red Cross. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading and driving the discovery, design, build, test, payroll parallel payrun testing and training phases of the payroll module.

We are seeking a skilled professional with substantial experience in payroll and HR information systems, specifically with expertise in Australia payroll, superannuation, leave entitlement per state, and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive technical knowledge in payroll regulations and Industrial Award compliance, HR information systems, and strong discipline knowledge gained through experience in payroll systems administration, business analyst or similar role.

Key responsibilities include building strong customer and client relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions, identifying and implementing effective and efficient processes, and working independently with minimal direction from senior staff while collaborating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
