Leadership Payroll Manager Role

The Organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll division. This role involves stakeholder management, collaboration with other divisions, and process improvement.

  • Lead a team of 10 in full function Payroll processing
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
  • Facilitate process improvement
  • Provide accurate information to employees
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar Payroll Manager position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
  • Proven process improvement initiatives
