Crisis Intervention Specialist

- Conduct routine emergency response inspections and verify compliance.
- Carry out onsite drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with site policies.
- Participate in emergency training exercises and respond to real-life incidents.
- Monitor and maintain emergency communication systems.
- Identify risks and implement effective emergency response strategies.
- Develop external partnerships for mutual aid in emergency situations.
- Support security operations and promote site safety initiatives.
- Provide first aid and pre-hospital care while collaborating with Injury Management.
- Assist in the development of the Emergency Response Team.
- Holding a Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue (or equivalent).
- Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance).
- Diploma of Emergency Health Care (or equivalent) – Desirable.
- Drug & Alcohol Testing Certification – Desirable.
- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR-B) Driver's Licence – Required.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that prioritizes safety, innovation, and long-term success at Gruyere Gold Mine, a Gold Fields and Gold Road Resources Joint Venture located in Western Australia.
