
Crisis Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our national team of psychologists, counsellors and support practitioners.
The ideal candidate will work across various age groups, including early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services, with clients presenting with diverse diagnoses and disability types.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with allied health practitioners and support workers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Assess and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors, promoting skill enhancement, emotion regulation and replacement behaviors.
- Design and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments to improve client quality of life.
