About the Role:

The Policy Officer will efficiently manage electronic databases and assist with document creation and review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic policy and procedure systems, including uploading and downloading documents as required.
  • Monitor document status and follow up with reviewers to ensure they remain up-to-date.
  • Assist reviewers with writing documents, meeting with them and subject matter experts to provide advice on structure.
  • Assist with formatting, grammar, and flow of documents.
  • Provide training to reviewers using templates and writing guides.
  • Support throughout the document creation/review process as needed.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have technical competence in managing databases, ability to write clearly, high-level communication skills, and be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
