Support Care Coordinator

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary based on industry standards, with a minimum hourly rate of $33.01 for Level 1.1 employees. This includes additional penalty rates for night and weekend shifts as per the SCHADS Award.
Job Description:
As a Support Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients in their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care, administering medications, transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and engaging in community activities such as grocery shopping or attending doctor's appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and listening skills, be able to work autonomously and under direction, and have a calm and confident demeanor in all environments. You will also need to hold current First Aid and CPR certificates, a Blue Card (Working with Children Card), and an NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly a Yellow Card).
