Retail and Rental Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading retail and rental operations in a manner consistent with company values, policies, and procedures to achieve corporate objectives, revenue, and profit targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial reports and forecasts, controlling labour costs and overhead expenses, and ensuring timely reporting to senior management.
  • Overseeing inventory management, including entry, transfer, and movement of stock, to maintain integrity of the inventory system.
  • Managing annual recruitment programs, selecting suitable staff and supervisors, and establishing accountabilities and delegating responsibilities.
  • Creating an environment of continual improvement within the team, providing constructive feedback, and delivering relevant training to staff.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of three years' equivalent retail and/or rental experience in the Snowsports industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management systems or similar operating systems.
  • Staff management skills and broad business acumen.
