Qualifications Required

- FIR A Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher
- Current Flight Instructor Proficiency Check
- Night Training Endorsement (FIR NVFR)
- Command Instrument Rating (current)
- Experience with 1st and 2nd solo authorisation

Highly Desirable

- FIR DF (Design Feature Training)
- FIR FIR (Flight Instructor Rating Training)
- FIR IR (Instrument Rating Training)
- Training in G1000 avionics
- Training in C172 airplanes
- Teaching experience with international students
- Passion for instructing, teaching and sharing knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal integrity and strong ethical mindset
- Accountability and personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing students at required rate
- Flexibility and understanding of cultural differences in students
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to working with others in fast-paced team environment
- Strong desire to continue to learn and develop technical and personal skills
