About the Role:

This position will provide high-quality relationship counselling services to clients, including families, couples, and individuals, with an emphasis on the impact of the presenting issues on the family and/or relationship.

The successful candidate will facilitate group programs, seminars, and workshops, and provide case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.

Along with the relevant qualifications, your passion and experience in providing relationship counselling services, reflective practice, and good foundational skills in using technology, including a client management system and Zoom, will see you succeed in this role.

The position will be required to deliver face-to-face relationship counselling services from our office, with the occasional travel to another office.

This position is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 5, with a current hourly rate of $53.24ph, plus 11.5% superannuation.
