Green Space Maintenance Specialist

Are you a skilled horticulturist with experience in leading teams and maintaining green spaces? If so, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition and identify improvements needed.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
