Green Space Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Green Space Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our green spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in horticulture/garden maintenance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining soil health through aeration and mowing practices
  • Operating and maintaining spray equipment in accordance with safety standards
  • Identifying and reporting weed infestations
  • Removing weeds mechanically when necessary
  • Conducting routine litter clean-up and reporting any damage or issues

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and garden maintenance principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
