About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining green spaces, including gardens, lawns, and grounds, to ensure they are well-manicured and visually appealing.
- Supporting team members to build positive relationships that reflect our organisational values.
- Providing guidance and support to individuals to help them develop new skills and achieve their employment objectives.
- Carrying out tasks as directed by Team Leaders, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Being physically fit to meet the demands of manual handling.
- Possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Holding sound organisational skills and being able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Holding a valid driver's licence.
- Confidence in towing a trailer.
- Holding a current NDIS Worker Check or being willing to obtain one.
- Will to complete a National Police Check.
