
Client Experience Leader

We are seeking a talented leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service excellence and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
About the RoleThis role oversees the smooth delivery of front-of-house operations, including room setups, event execution, and coordination with third-party providers. You will lead regular team meetings and catch-ups, manage rosters and casual staff, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage costs and escalate issues as necessary
- Handle client feedback and dispute resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and implement national leadership directives
- Oversee menu offerings and handle staff check-ins, leave management, and development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, events, or guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and organised, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A solutions-focused approach, underpinned by strong attention to detail and operational excellence
