
Client Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Client Management Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department and delivering solutions-focused results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in process management, customer service, and team leadership. You will be expected to oversee all activities of the Client Management Team, initiate proposals for improving internal processes and customer experiences, and conduct training sessions on dispute resolution and client complaints.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners from both internal and external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all activities of the Client Management Team
- Initiation of proposals for improving internal processes and customer experiences
- Conducting training sessions on dispute resolution and client complaints
- Liaising with colleagues and partners from both internal and external departments
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the FX/CFD industry, with a focus on management
- Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Sound knowledge of products offered by the company
