Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our golf cart and utility vehicle business in VIC/TAS.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across our golf customers and commercial accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong customer partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in VIC/TAS.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and fleet handovers to ensure customers receive a premium experience.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven BDM or sales experience, ideally in fleet, automotive, or leisure industries.
  • A passion for golf and strong networks in golf, sporting, or recreation industries (ideal but not essential).
  • A proactive, resourceful approach with a hunger to win and drive business growth.
  • Confidence presenting to decision-makers, pros, and buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A clean driver's license and flexibility to travel within VIC/TAS as required.
