About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Partner to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our culture, talent, and capability team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding talent management approaches that align with our strategic direction and cultural aspirations.

In this role, you will work closely with our business partners to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent solutions and initiatives that support selection, retention, and succession for critical talent cohorts. Your expertise will be essential in programs such as early careers, high-potential middle leaders, and future skills planning.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in talent management and business partnering. You should have experience in designing and embedding commercially focused, pragmatic talent management programs in a mid to large-sized organization. Your communication skills should be top-notch, both in writing and in person, and you should approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.
