Key Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor at Valentino, you will be responsible for:

  1. Client Development and Retention: Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and recruiting new potential clients.
  2. Store Business Contribution: Contribute to the store's business growth through exceptional clienteling and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, cross-selling, average transaction value (AVT), upselling, and strategic zoning.
  3. Delivering the Valentino Experience: Provide the Valentino Couture Service to clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
  4. Embracing Digital Tools: Effectively integrate digital tools into sales and clienteling activities to enhance the client experience.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 2-3 Years of Retail Experience: A proven track record in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and client relationships.
  2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, as well as build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Motivated Team Player: A driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  4. Ability to Work Full-Time in Shift Hours: A willingness to work a full-time schedule, including shift hours, to meet the needs of the store and clients.
