About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing their initial inquiries, and determining the feasibility of their personal injury claims.

  • Initial client contact and fact-finding
  • Triage of potential personal injury claims
  • Organizing new client packs and cost agreements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a personal injury law firm and/or an insurance company
  • Proven outstanding customer-service skills, patience, and empathy
  • A warm and friendly professional phone manner and high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Interest in personal injury law and a desire to progress your career with a 1st-class personal injury law firm
