Job Title: Student Wellbeing Coordinator

The Student Wellbeing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the pastoral needs of students within their year level are met.

This key leadership position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

With a deep understanding of contemporary student wellbeing practices, the coordinator creates a supportive, safe, and inspiring environment that promotes a whole-school approach to wellbeing.

They will be responsible for assisting the Head of Student Wellbeing by effectively managing student wellbeing and pastoral care across their year level.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education degree or higher and current registration with the relevant teaching authority.

  • Develops and implements student wellbeing programs that focus on improving educational opportunities for all students
  • Creates a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and holistic development
  • Works closely with colleagues to implement the school's strategic plan and promote exemplary educational experiences
