Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operational Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the management of our leasehold facilities across the APAC region. This role involves ensuring electrical and mechanical services infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience supporting electrical and/or mechanical services infrastructure. A thorough understanding of Data Center operations and a working knowledge of critical support environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical services infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Negotiate service contracts and select suitable contractors.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and architects on new leasehold construction projects.
  • Oversee maintenance activities and supervise contractors for preventive and remedial maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience/courses.
  • Technical skills and experience supporting electrical and/or mechanical services infrastructure.
  • Strong multidiscipline understanding of Data Center operations and working knowledge of critical support environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot equipment and install/troubleshoot software applications.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Focused on innovation (cost savings, increased efficiencies, etc.).
  • Able to interpret specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology, hardware, and change management process.
  • Familiarity with Disaster Recovery as it pertains to critical infrastructure.
  • Able to utilize various electrical, air flow, and environmental monitoring systems.
  • Project Assessment/Design/Implementation Skills/Change Management.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per year, considering the job requirements and industry standards.
