Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal/external key stakeholders
  • Relationship and contract management with vendors
  • Managing office operations
  • Coordinating office events
  • Supporting company projects
  • Providing general administrative support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager
  • Patient and adaptable with a can-do attitude and positive energy
  • Ability to work within a busy and fast-moving environment while maintaining a delivery focus
  • Good IT skills and computer savvy
