Job Title: Part Time Membership Officer

The Australian Manufacturing Workers Union is seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Membership Officer to join our team in Wollongong, NSW on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is a 12-month contract role.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain accurate membership records and data">
  • Process new member applications and update existing member details">
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service">
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of union events and meetings">
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry">
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures">

  • Excellent data management and record-keeping skills">
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities">
