Gain hands-on experience as a Reliability Engineer Assistant

Reliability engineering and maintenance support are crucial components of our operational team.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Assisting with equipment inspections and condition monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Supporting the root cause analysis of mechanical failures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to update maintenance strategies and reliability databases.
- Participating in shutdown planning and execution to minimize downtime.
- Collecting and analyzing equipment performance data to inform decision-making.
- Working closely with trades and engineering teams to improve processes and outcomes.
- Preparing technical documentation and reliability reports to facilitate communication.
- Reporting directly to a mechanical reliability engineer, tasks will be aligned to your engineering background and learning goals.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- Relevant experience through studies or placements (desired).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills across verbal, written, numerical, and graphical formats.
- Ability to uphold high work standards and build strong relationships with peers and leaders.
- Capacity to work independently to meet personal and team objectives.
- A valid manual driver's license.
- Willingness to live and work remotely.

- Flights or reimbursement of travel expenses at the beginning and end of the program.
- Residential housing provided for the duration of the program.
- Transportation to site arranged.
- Access to all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- 12-week residential program from December to February, with a roster of 5 days on/2 days off and 4 days on/3 days off.
- Fast-tracked entry into the graduate program for successful candidates.
- Hands-on experience through on-the-job learning.

- Participation in operational and personal development training.
- Candidates who successfully complete the vacation program will be fast-tracked into our graduate program.
