As a key member of our Site Reliability Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products and services.

This role requires experienced SRE professionals with strong technical backgrounds, deep knowledge of SRE principles, and passion for building robust processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting cloud services, networking, and coding (preferably Python), as well as strong communication skills to translate technical issues into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the incident management process to drive enduring reliability across products and services.
  2. Provide expert leadership during critical outages, coordinating teams for streamlined decision-making and quick resolution.
  3. Lead the transformation to a world-leading SRE organization, promoting SRE principles within the Engineering Department.
  4. Promote a customer-focused approach by addressing global customer environment issues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  5. Develop scalable process frameworks and observability strategies for rapid problem diagnosis and service reliability.
  6. Collaborate with product teams to analyze failures and integrate insights to improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS hosted services.
  • Networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNSSEC, IPsec, and BGP issues.
  • Coding experience (preferably Python) for building tools, scripting, or automation.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical issues into agreed actions.
