Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires an experienced finance professional to partner with the regional Managing Director and influence strategy across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding investment and long-term planning.
  • Lead and Inspire: Grow and mentor a high-performing Business Partner team, developing finance leaders.
  • Drive Performance: Own the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting process, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Regional Influence: Lead cost optimization initiatives across APAC, impacting profitability.
  • Executive Visibility: Translate financial insights into clear strategies driving business success.
  • Business Partnering: Provide strategic financial guidance meeting targets and aligning with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or senior finance leader in regional contexts.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Analytical capability translating insights into business actions.
  • Forward-thinking with a passion for data-driven decision-making and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills influencing senior management.
