Job Description

We are seeking a talented Transformation Finance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance consulting team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement finance transformation projects that drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading assessments and process mapping to identify areas for improvement in finance processes.
  • Designing and implementing operating models that optimize finance functions and improve efficiency.
  • Developing business cases and presenting recommendations to clients.
  • Working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries and gain valuable experience in finance transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of finance processes and systems, including P2P, R2R, FP&A, and costing.
  • Hands-on experience with finance system implementations and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.
  • A degree in finance or a related field, with qualifications such as CA or CPA highly regarded.
