Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the implementation of financial close technologies across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This executive will be responsible for driving practice growth and managing revenue and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
  • The ideal candidate will develop executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
  • Additionally, this role requires strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have 8–10+ years of finance management and/or transformation consulting experience at a large firm.
  • Technical competency in Record-to-Report (R2R), including Financial Close & Consolidation, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and/or Intercompany Accounting is required.
  • End-to-end process knowledge of R2R, including process design and optimization is also necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills with an executive presence are crucial.

Additional Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience: workplan development, milestone tracking, risk and change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to executive audiences.
