The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

  • Developing go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional projects and managing relationships with PR agencies to drive media coverage and publicity campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Collaborating with DTC channels, global marketing, and creative teams to amplify brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing key wholesale KPIs such as revenue, transactions, and AOV.
  • Overseeing new product launch planning and coordination.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and consumer insights.
  • Managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing and brand management, with at least 2 in consumer products and ecommerce.
  • 2+ years of influence marketing experience.
  • Proven creativity and experience working with internal and global teams.
  • Agility and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.
