Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct learn to swim lessons or squad programs according to a clear progression plan.
- Set up and maintain swimming equipment for required lessons to provide a welcoming and safe environment for students to learn.
- Liaise with other staff, parents, and students to improve services.
- Support your students to achieve their goals.
- Promote the development of leisure centre programs and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not necessary as relevant training will be provided.
- Qualified Swim Instructor with AUSTSWIM/SCTA (or willing to get qualified).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check Required.
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR Required.

Applications are being assessed as they are received. This role requires you to hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW Working with Children Check. All applications must have valid working rights or be able to obtain their own visa to work in Australia.
