Within our team you'll have loads of opportunities to learn new skills and share your knowledge with others. You'll be busy, as we always have something on the go in Thredbo, but who said you can't have fun whilst you work. At Thredbo you'll have the chance to assist in delivering and developing various menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain. About the Role

• Bring your creative flair to the table
• Oversee the production and quality of food within your own section
• Show passion for quality and consistency across all areas and during all stages of production
• Preparing food as per menu requirements

About You

• Being able to adapt to different cooking styles
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a commercial cooking environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety
• Relevant trade papers or qualifications
