Dealer Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Dealer Network Development team as a Dealer Development Support Specialist.
This 12-month role will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience in supporting our dealers, coordinating training academy activities, and assisting with outreach efforts.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting dealer requests and retail staff movements for network development
- Assisting with course schedules, trainer requests, and day-to-day course management through the training academy
- Collaborating with Dealer Administrators on dealer staff changes and access requests
- Working with Dealer Learning Coordinators on learning and development pathways for their teams
- Coordinating logistics for training delivery, including catering arrangements
- Providing support to the team in generating reports
We are looking for driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong business relationships and bring creative solutions to our industry.
Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will enable you to make a positive impact in this role.
