Dealer Network Development Assistant

We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to join our team as an Assistant in Dealer Network Development and Training Academy.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in supporting dealers and assisting in coordinating the Daimler Truck Training Academy and the Network Development team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with dealer requests and retail dealer staff movements for Network Development
- Coordinating course schedules, trainer requests, network requests and day-to-day course management through the training academy
- Supporting Dealer Administrators as they manage dealer staff changes and access requests
- Supporting Dealer Learning Coordinators as they manage learning and development pathways for their dealer teams
- Ensuring smooth logistics involved in delivering training, including catering companies
- Providing support to the team in generating reports
