We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our collaborative tax team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Australian taxation and be able to demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Job Description
  • The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of returns (income tax, BAS, FBT) and management of tax payments.
  • Assist with tax provisions, reporting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Support Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, audits, and tax investigations by providing expert analysis and advice.
  • Liaise with external advisors and contribute to the development and implementation of tax process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with acquisitions, divestments, and tax consolidations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Australian taxation gained from working in the tax practice of a Big 4/mid-tier accounting firm, law firm, or other relevant corporate tax role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Law (Taxation).
  • CA or CPA qualifications.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with a strong interest in developing these further.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive working style.
