We are seeking a skilled professional to join our tax advisory team. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex tax matters to clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
- Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness and prospectus.
- Play a key role in client engagements including regular contact with senior leaders.
- Experience in tax advisory in Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
- Excellent tax technical capabilities.
Applicants must have tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Accounting/Finance/Law or similar. A CA or CPA qualification is preferred.
