Senior Tax Leader

You will be responsible for crafting and implementing tax strategies that align with the company's vision, advising senior executives and the board on key commercial decisions, and influencing major transactions and international structuring projects.

This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with a tight-knit leadership group, driving trust and professional growth, while contributing to cross-functional exposure across Finance, Operations, and Global teams.

As Senior Tax Manager, you will provide expert advice on direct and indirect tax compliance, transaction structuring, contractual tax matters, and invoicing. You will oversee tax accounting and statutory reporting requirements, manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance, and maintain tax policies ensuring jurisdictional compliance.

Additionally, you will lead tax audits, manage regulatory communications, monitor and mitigate tax risks across entities, develop and deliver tax training to key stakeholders, stay ahead of tax law changes, and advise on business impact. You will also support cross-border projects and complex transactions, advise finance leadership, and contribute to board reporting.
