Urgent Care Nurse Specialist

Seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse to join our Urgent Care team in the Central Coast Region. This casual employment opportunity is for a skilled EN/EEN/RN with a clinical background in Urgent Care Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify suitable patients for urgent care and efficiently triage them.
- Provide high-quality front-line care while working alongside General Practitioners and Doctors.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, implement evidence-based interventions and prioritize quality improvement.
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Urgent Care Setting.
- Offer education to patients on healthcare-related topics as needed.
- Accurately and promptly complete all documentation.
- Current registration as an EN/EEN/RN with AHPRA.
- Previous experience in urgent care or high dependency care (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Current CPR or ALS certificate.
- Effective communication skills, proficiency with IT and strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and delegate when required.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
