Ecommerce Portfolio Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow your client portfolio.
  • Assist with new client registration through our channel.
  • Track metrics to record the success and quality of the products in your clients portfolio and use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Develop a clear understanding on the concept of selling Dropshipzone products along with the features and functionalities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the concept of selling Dropshipzone products.
  • Monitor new orders and support customer enquiries based on different business terms and requirements.
  • Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
  • Analyse sales data and make recommendations to departments.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to other teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and meeting presentations on key accounts.
  • Organise meetings and clients' promotions and business presentations.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working experience in a similar Ecommerce role.
  • Analytical mindset, enjoys working with data to develop actionable insights.
  • Online shopping experience is beneficial.
  • Able to work across all teams to ensure collaboration and support.
