About Our Team Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned team lead to join our on-demand delivery platform. With a strong presence in over 600 cities across Australia and partnerships with hundreds of thousands of restaurants, we deliver unparalleled convenience driven by continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of 500-850 delivery executives in a zone(s) on a daily basis and assign DE efficiency at an individual level.
  • Coach DEs through field training for better delivery experience.
  • Conduct regular field audits for improved compliance among DEs.
  • Manage and control voluntary attrition and absconders through regular engagement activities.
  • Address DE-level issues/grievances by escalating to relevant teams.
  • Mitigate strikes with minimal ground disruption.
  • Host weekly huddles including GTM of new products/launches.
  • Provide ground intelligence on cost, speed, and new launches.
  • Drive reactivations and attritions through calling and engagement with DEs.
  • Drive referrals by engaging with existing DE's and influencing them to refer more DEs.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in fleet management is preferred.
  • Should have a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
  • Able to complete tasks independently with minimal follow-ups.
  • Available to work on weekends.
  • Familiarity with supervisory techniques to manage, motivate, and train blue-collar workers.
  • Knowledge of local geographical areas and ability to converse in local languages.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude or go-getter mindset.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills with a consistent, high level of service.
