Job Title: Fleet Excellence Manager

Looking for a skilled and experienced fleet manager to lead our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 500-850 delivery executives in a zone(s) directly on a daily basis, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Coach and train delivery executives through field training and regular feedback to improve delivery experience.
  • Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance among delivery executives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize voluntary attrition and control absconders through engagement activities.
  • Address delivery executive-level issues and grievances by escalating to relevant teams.
  • Mitigate strikes with minimal disruption to ground operations.
  • Conduct weekly huddles to discuss new product launches and provide ground intelligence on cost, speed, and new launches.
  • Drive reactivations and attritions through calling and engagement with delivery executives.
  • Encourage referrals from existing delivery executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fleet management is preferred.
  • Must have a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal follow-ups.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate, and train blue-collar workers.
  • Familiarity with local geographical area knowledge and ability to converse in local languages.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and go-getter mindset.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain high levels of service.
