Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and street-smart person to support our City Business Delivery team. This role involves research, project execution, documentation, cross-functional collaboration to drive our innovative projects forward. This role also involves analysis of the data and understanding what is best for the city.

The candidate will be responsible for "Ideation, planning and execution of hyperlocal marketing initiatives to drive revenue and bring new users to the platform", "Planning and end to end implementation of in app campaigns to increase transactions by repeat users" and "Do through campaign analysis and derive actionable insights to implement for future campaigns".

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, Innovation, and Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer needs, and monetization landscape to share deep insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Data Analytics
  • Executive Reporting
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to keep the food leadership team informed on progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 4-5 years in relevant e-commerce or management consulting firms
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Gsheet, SQL)
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, street-smart approach, and effective stakeholder management.
