We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative coordinator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, including IT equipment setup and telecommunications paperwork.
- Manage staff certifications, work experience, and placement documents.
- Handle a shared inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and emails.
- Arrange travel for senior leaders and manage room bookings.
- Perform various HR administration tasks, such as ordering uniforms, scheduling medical appointments, and coordinating training enrollments and certifications.
- Assist with tender submissions and drafting marketing materials.
- Coordinate company events, flu shots, and other staff activities.
- Maintain and prioritize task lists for management review.
- Minimum 2 years of prior administrative experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in work.
- Collaborative team player attitude.
- Ability to handle high volumes of emails, calls, and competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with senior leaders and site staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
- Proactive problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent residency status.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70k - $90k per annum, inclusive of 12% superannuation.
