Residential Real Estate Sales Professional

You will be responsible for managing the sales process of residential properties, from appraisal to settlement. This involves conducting open homes, private inspections and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement.

Strong relationships with vendors and buyers are crucial to delivering a seamless sales experience. You will also need to develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to maximize property exposure.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a valid real estate licence and current driver's licence. Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment is also essential.

  • Appraise properties accurately and provide informed market advice to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase each property's unique features and lifestyle appeal.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property appraisals and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and buyer behaviour to provide informed advice and guidance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AgentBox (preferred).
