Senior Care Leader

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Leader to join their team. As a Senior Care Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse and a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards. They will also possess comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.

Key responsibilities will include providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes, working in a safe manner closely following all policies and procedures, and being 2nd in charge to the Residential Manager.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role
