JJ Community Care is a family-owned, reputable company offering a comprehensive range of services, including domestic assistance, personal care, in-house respite, and social support through NDIS and Home Care packages throughout the Riverina area.
Due to high demand, we are currently seeking experienced cleaning staff and/or personal care staff to join our team in Wagga Wagga. A keen eye for detail, experience in thorough cleaning, and familiarity with working with the elderly are advantageous. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our services meet high standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
**Key Requirements**:
- Current police check
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of COVID and Flu vaccinations
- Own vehicle and mobile phone
- Minimum 1 year of support service experience (desirable)
**Key Qualities and Responsibilities**:
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service
- Respect for the privacy and confidentiality of our clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and planning abilities to meet service specification and deadlines
- Previous experience in cleaning, personal care, or related fields is highly regarded
