About the Role

This is a key opportunity for a Brand and Marketing professional to make a significant impact on our organization's reputation and brand profile.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives to build and promote our reputation and brand profile. They will also support customer-facing teams in designing and executing their marketing plans.

  • Develop and execute corporate brand and marketing strategies, including detailed action plans and budgets.
  • Lead a team providing content creation, graphic design services, and brand, marketing, and communications support to the business on a portfolio basis.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in public relations, marketing, communication, or journalism, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a brand, marketing, and/or corporate communication team within the energy sector or other critical services.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, organisational leadership, and risk management.
  • Expertise in marketing, communications, brand identity, sponsorships, and engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
