Ragtraders International is on the lookout for a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist & Brand Strategist  to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of multiple leading Australian clothing and lifestyle brands.

Based in Brisbane, Ragtraders International is a prominent importer and wholesale distributor representing three iconic brands:

  • Corfu Jeans –
  • Outback Supply Co –
  • Freeworld Australia –

The role:-

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, market insights, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
  • Create and manage compelling marketing content and sales materials.
  • Provide strategic input across all elements of the marketing mix: product, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
  • Prepare and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative flair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Bachelor degree qualification or higher.
